Suggestions:
* Add descriptive text to the HELP Group main page [1] to indicate that the above is the case - consider that the people commonly asking for help are sometimes already struggling. (hard for me to judge objectively, not being a complete novice).
* Consider suggesting that the people who "join this group" are those who are prepared to be msg'd for Help?
