How can we delete or edit a post that got posted accidently? See Travel Forum for a good example of the need to be able to edit or delete our own posts.

Please excuse me if this is a repeat topic or has already been requested.

I think it was suggested to give group creators the ability to delete posts in their groups, but don't know if that's in the works or not. That would be a good idea to prevent arguments from getting out of hand, as well as spam.

if Group creators can't (optionally) delete/moderate in their group there won't be much incentive to start one.

This is very true Dat and one of my points from the beginning - let's hope that get's changed soon, but I don't know if I want to be the first one to complain!! lol

Yes, we'll allow people to delete posts soon. People will also be able to edit their posts, so they don't need to post again for only a minor correction.

I hope group founders will have the option to delete/moderate in their group.

Yeah, group owners will be able to moderate their groups... but anyone will be able to change recent posts they made. So, if you made typos, or wanted to add something you could edit your own post for up to 48hrs for example. I think we do need this time limit tho, so that people don't delete a "key" post a few days later, and then the whole resest of the conversation doesn't make sense anymore...
